Get Your Proxy Details

Log in to your Gooproxy account, open the proxy management page, and get your connection details:

• IP address
• Port
• Username
• Password
• Proxy protocol

Once you have the details, you can integrate them into your environment.

Protocols & Proxy Formats

Choose HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 for your setup — do not mix protocols.

Browsers & Tools

Gooproxy works with third-party tools that support proxy settings. Usually you only need to fill in:

• Proxy Type → HTTP / HTTPS / SOCKS5
• Host → Proxy IP
• Port → Proxy port
• Username / Password → Proxy credentials

Typical Integration Workflow

Integration Notes

1. 1Confirm the protocol: choose HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 for your setup — do not mix protocols.
2. 2Check credentials: avoid extra spaces or wrong special characters in the username and password.
3. 3Watch URL special characters: if the username or password contains @, :, / etc., URL-encode them when using a proxy URL.
4. 4Never expose proxy credentials in the frontend: store them server-side or in environment variables, not in client code.
5. 5Test before going live: verify the proxy with cURL or a small script first, then connect it to production.
